I went to visit Linda in San Antonio on the 25th to surprise her for her bday...did not realize how stressful that could be cuz I could not get on the flight! It was that oversold...so I tried to jumpseat the next flight and did not know that I could not wear shorts when doing that...had to be business casual! ahhh...In the end the captain made the decision and I was so grateful that he said it would be okay, that he had confirmed with supervisor...but still...next time I def will know! I think Linda was surprised although she kind of knew something was up! LOL...
Came back Sat early morning and took a nap...thought I was going to not make it since I only had an hour of sleep...xD Then had to get ready and go to Vania and Kevin's wedding at 5:30...such a cute summer wedding out at the Park...it was really nice. But soo HOT! omg...!! After that went over to Shinlee and Kat's house to celebrate Shinlee's bday...also found out that Winnie's mom had passed away just a day ago from cancer and Winnie had to leave immediately...so sad...how come so many passings lately? Jenie's mom, Winnie's mom...both lost their lives to cancer...what a horrible horrible illness! I know they are now in a better place and cannot feel the pain anymore...Knock on wood...I am grateful that I still have my mom and I hope that she will be able to live until her like 100's...xD Then there was the passings of Michael Jackson and Billy May...and Farrah Fawcett...so weird and crazy~ I do feel bad for Michael Jackson, because he did not live a very happy life...he was the king of pop, but his personal life was so chaotic and filled with insecurities...i hope he is in a better place now...
been dreaming still...what the heck? always waking up thrashing around...dreams or nightmares? the future looks so bleak...i'm getting tired of my life...do i need a change?
